According to the International Dairy Foods Association, the average American eats around 23 pounds of the creamy dairy treat each year.
That's not to say you can't indulge in a frozen treat now and again; there's place in everyone's diet for it
I'm a huge believer in eating the things you love in moderation and actually enjoying them
and ice cream is one of those foods. While many attempts have been made to make ice cream healthier
my personal favourite method to indulge is to experiment with toppings
