A new study backs up earlier results that kids who eat breakfast on a daily basis

weigh less than their classmates who don't.

This study also discovered that kids who eat breakfast on a daily basis

had a higher overall heart health profile.

Teenagers who skipped breakfast frequently were shown to be bulkier

than those who ate breakfast regularly in a previous research.

Breakfast eaters were also shown to be much more physically active

This might be because they felt more energized and less lethargic.
